Oslo kommune v/Bydel Grorud

Oslo Municipality c/o Grorud District, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a restricted tender contest for architect services. The Grorud district is one of four districts in the Groruddal initiative. The initiative is a collaboration between the government and municipality on better living conditions in Groruddalen and it will be implemented in the period 2017-2026. Oslo Municipality c/o Grorud District, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a restricted tender contest for architect services.

Bydel Grorud is located by Lillomarka and includes the areas Ammerud, Grorud, Kalbakken, Rådtvet, Nordtvet, and Romsås. The Grorud district is one of four districts in the Groruddal initiative. The initiative is a collaboration between the government and municipality on better living conditions in Groruddalen and it will be implemented in the period 2017-2026. The initiative is organisationally split into sub-programmes for growth and education, employment, and local community. The Romsås district has been chosen as an initiative area both within the local community (area lift) and the two other sub-programmes, and is now in the middle of the area lift. An area lift was started in the Grorud district in 2020.

The aim of the area lifts in Romsås and Grorud is to strengthen local community qualities, in close cooperation with landowners, organisations, and other actors. The extra effort through the area lifts involves creating better physical surroundings and filling them with activities, based on local needs and with the local community in the driving seat.

The district would like to enter into a collaboration with a tenderer or constellation of tenderers that can follow the development of various sub-projects in the area lifts with an overall view, and contribute with their expertise for the further development of the project portfolio, in addition to working on concrete sub-projects.
