Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Option to extend for one year + one year + one year
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract must contain an option that all organisation entities connected to Den norske kirke in the contract period can join the contract with the Supplier for delivery of all parts of the services regulated by this contract.

The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the agreement.
Documentation:
Tenderers must present the company's annual accounts with notes and the auditor's reports for 2019, 2020 and Q1 - Q3 2021 (provisional figures for Q3 will be accepted).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Comparable assignments means experience with establishing, managing and support on the Cloud services Xledger and Aditro Lønn.
Documentation:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’ most relevant assignments in the last three years.
The list must include a statement of the assignment´s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers must, to the degree that it is possible, submit certificates from the contracting authority for the reference projects.
