The contract will be valid until 1 May 2025, with start-up on 1 May 2021. The Stavanger region.
Havnedrift AS will have an option to extend the contract for a further 2+2 years, i.e.,
It will expire on either 1 May 2027 or 2 May 2029, on the same terms that apply for the first contract period.
The contracting authority invites tenderers to submit a tender in the contest.

3.2 Certificates. 3.2.1 Company registration certificate. Tenderers must be a legally established company, and must document this by presenting
A company registration certificate, not older than 1 month from the tender deadline. 3.2.2 Public certification. Tenderers must be a publicly certified security guard company in accordance with the Security Guard Act dated 5 January 2001, No 1, and must document this by presenting the relevant certificates/approvals. 3.3 The Tenderer's financial and economic standing. Tenderers must have a very good financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement: the company's annual report and the auditor approved annual accounts for the last 3 years, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's accounting figures. Tenderers must document their credit worthiness by attaching a credit assessment from a credit rating company. 3.4 The Tenderer's professional qualifications. A very good implementation ability is required. Tenderers must have very good experience with the provision of equivalent services, see the tender documentation.
