The Brønnøysund Register Centre will enter into a 2-year contract for the period 1 September 2021-31 August 2023 for security guard services for the entities' premises in Havnegata in Brønnøysund, 14 896 m over 7 floors. Security guard services are to be carried out in additional premises located in Brønnøysund in the period 1 October 2021-30 June 2022. This is approx. 200 m over one floor.

The Brønnøysund Register Centre will have a unilateral option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year.
The services include internal and external mobile security guard services, alarm and turnout services and alarm reception at a 24 hour staffed alarm central.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement: the security guard company must operate their business in accordance with the Security Guard Services Act dated 5 January 2001 No 1 and the regulations on security guard services dated 25 May 2004 No 787.
Documentation requirement 1: documentation proving that the business has public certification in accordance with the Security Guard Services Act dated 5 January 2001 No 1 and the regulations on security guard services dated 25 May 2004 No 787.
Qualification requirement 2: tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement 2: an overview of the tenderer's most important deliveries in the last 3 years. This must specify the content of the contract, value, length and the name of the contracting authority. Annex 3 must be used.
Qualification requirement 3: tenderers must have very good and stable implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation requiremenT 3: tenderers must provide information on the number of persons at the tenderer who work daily with assignments connected to the services included in this contest. The overview of the number of persons shall be divided between number of years of relevant work experience. The template in annex 4 - 'An Overview of Number of Employees and Their Experience' must be used.
