The contracting authority for this tender contest is Råde Municipality on behalf of Våler, Moss, Rygge and Råde Municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority.)

Any separation can reduce the extent of the delivery.

Estimert totalverdi: 12 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:

The procurement includes delivery of teaching aids including teacher instruction booklets, copy originals, exercise books, answer and concretisation materials for primary and secondary schools, before- and after-school care, nursery schools, and the adult education. Other entities at the contracting authority can also make call-offs against this contract.

The procurement will cover the groups in the price sheet and include, amongst other things,

— school books, including textbooks, teacher instruction booklets, exercise books, answers and digital teaching aids that are part of the textbook series;

— books for nurseries and adult education;

— educational concretising material (not games or art materials) and teaching aids which allow for diversity in provision of learning styles and differentiation;

— literature, subject books, reference books and other subject literature;

— books for school libraries (the school libraries can also use other framework agreements);

— general books for other sectors in the municipality.

The contract does not include the delivery of books to public libraries. The contract does not include independent internet-based teaching resources.

Each individual school will decide which teaching aids will be used in teaching at their school.

— Moss Municipality has 18 schools and approx. 5500 pupils;

— Råde Municipality has 3 schools and approx. 900 pupils;

— Våler Municipality has 4 schools and approx. 750 pupils.

The contracting authority will enter into a 2-year framework agreement with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year for the procurement of school books, teaching aids, and textbooks for school and other entities in the municipalities. The contract will start on 1 June 2021.

The estimated annual value for Moss Municipality is approx. NOK 1 500 000-1 800 000 excluding VAT. The estimated annual value for Råde Municipality is approx. NOK 400 000-600 000 excluding VAT. The estimated annual value for Våler Municipality is approx. NOK 15 000 000-25 000 000 excluding VAT.

The estimated values must also be seen as a guideline and not binding for the contracting authority.

The procurement volume will decrease somewhat in the coming years due to digitalisation of the school.
