This is a new notice of rutepakke 2 (route package 2). The purpose of procurement is to enter into a contract with an operator for the operation of local boat routes in Kinn, Bremanger, Stad, Vik, Høyanger, Sogndal and Lærdal, hereafter referred to as ‘Rutepakke 2’. The contracting authority wants to enter into a contract with one operator for the entire contract. The contract period is from the date of contract signing until and including 30 April 2036, with an option to extend for up to 2 years. The boat routes will be in operation from 1 May 2024 with an option to start 6 months earlier.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has an option to ask the operator to carry out the assignment with only with fossil MGO. By using this option the contract duration will be reduced to 6 years. The contract includes multiple options, and there is not space in the tender form to describe them all. Refer to the first procedure document, point 3.1 for a list of the options.

— The tenderer must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order. The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial strength to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Bank guarantee: confirmation must be attached from a bank, insurance company or financial institution that a bank guarantee for correct fulfilment of the contract will be provided if the tenderer is awarded the contract. The commitment for a bank guarantee will be based on an estimated annual contract amount of NOK 125 million.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Tenderers must have good competence and experience from operation of express boats for passengers.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must document that during the last 5 years they have experience with — operation of a minimum of two express passenger vessels with a largest vessel length of over 15 metres. The operation of the vessel was part of a publicly available scheduled service with a duration of at least 1 year and, the operation involves a minimum of weekly regular departures.
