Alternative tenders are to understand as offers o alternative technical solutions. Alternative tenders can be submitted in accordance with the provisions below if the main tender is given in accordance with the tender documentation. Alternative tenders can only be given for the use of pre-fabricated materials. Alternative tenders cannot be submitted beyond what has been described by the contracting authority, see chapter B3-5.
