The contracting authority, Ålesund kommunale eigedom KF, will construct a children's and respite care home in Flisnes in Ålesund Municipality. The contracting authority needs RIV (consultant engineer within HVAC and sanitation), RIE (consultant engineer within electrical engineering), and an ITB consultant (consultant for integrated technical building installations) for preparing the tender documentation, evaluating the tenders in the contest, and for holding the tender contest. The contest has an option for support for the builder in the construction period (1.5 - 2 years), and updates to the contracting authority's construction handbook.
