Redemption Services International Credit Cards

The purpose of this procurement is to meet Entur's need for redemption services of international credit cards.
The card transactions include Visa and MasterCard. However, other credit card systems which Entur chooses to incorporate as means of payment in our sale channels may also be included at a later date. Redemption in this context is defined as collection, verification and settlement of card transactions. The tenderers must be able to manage card transactions made in Norway.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate;
• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
• A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. The credit rating must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for submission of tenders.

Documentation must be linked to the unit by the organisation number that is to be the possible contracted party for the tender, as well as any other resources that will contribute significantly in a possible competition.
