At times assistance can be required, in special cases, for employment processes in addition to these levels.
The HR area in NORCE is centralised in one personnel line. HR contributes with management support in the recruitment processes, amongst other things. We have HR advisors connected to each department. The HR advisor and personnel manager for the new recruitment in question will be involved throughout the entire recruitment process.

Kort beskrivelse:
The recruitment assistance will mainly consist of:
— assistance with the design of requirements specification, announcement texts and advertising,
— actively seeking relevant candidates,
— receipt of applications, initial assessment of received applications, as well as being a contact point for applicants throughout the process, including notice of meeting and handling of rejections,
— holding first interviews with relevant candidates,
— holding further interviews with selected candidates,
— implementation of relevant tests,
— reference checking of final candidates.
A detailed description of the delivery is in annex 1 of SSA-R, and as agreed for each individual call-off under the framework agreement.
NORCE needs to enter into a framework agreement for recruitment services in accordance with the requirements specification in the annex of SSA-R. The assignments can vary and will be for recruitments for all of NORCE's geographical locations.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to two tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tender offers received. The total scope of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 2 000 000 — 5 000 000 excluding VAT over a 4-year period.
