— vascular intervention lots 1-61,
— thorax, gastroscopy, urology and drainage lots 62-76.
There are a total of 76 lots, but only two lots have been created in Mercell for practical reasons. Evaluation and award will occur in each lot.
The estimated annual value is NOK 23 000 000. A total of NOK 92 000 000 for the entire contract period.
The stated consumption is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documented by presenting a copy of a company registration certificate. Foreign companies must present proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that tenderers must have a credit rating of at least A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet´s scale - or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have adequate experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments are seen as the delivery of such performance as encompassed by the competition for major public departments/companies or to major private corporations.
The tenderer shall attach a list of the most important, deliveries during the last three (3) years, including information about the value, dates and recipients. Certificates issued or verified by the contracting authority can be attached.
