Kort beskrivelse:
The solution will thus contribute to efficiency and improvement in projects where roles in the project can interact and send actions, cases and documents to each other on the fly. The system must be a closed data centre and function without any form for external connection from the data centre as well as without the possibility of a cloud solution or remote control/remote trouble shooting. It must be able to be operated and managed in the client’ local infrastructure with local installation, updating, upgrading and license management.

Duration: The contract is for two (2) years. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date. The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.

The estimated value during the first four years: NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT.
Initially the need is for 35 licences with closed data centre with a closed network.
During the first year the Client wants to assess expanded use for up to 200 licences on the same platform. Therefore it can be relevant to increase the number of licenses if the Client sees a need to use the system on other projects and programs from here on out. The number of licenses depends on how many and which projects will use the system in the future.
