The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for pipe parts, material and equipment for heating, sanitation, water treatment, and outdoor water and sewage installations for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency´s properties and construction sites nationwide.
The contract is primarily for materials that will be used in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency´s self-production, but this will not prevent the contract also being used in some cases for other purposes (also for major orders).
Electronic trade/punch-out will form the basis of the contract, but, to the degree that the tenderer has local warehouses, direct procurements based on purchase orders will be allowed.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract can be extended for up to 2 (two) years, for 1 (one) year at a time. The maximum length of the framework agreement will be 4 (four) years.
