The municipality has been commissioned by the County Governors to establish quarantine hotels for persons who come to Norway from other countries and must be in quarantine at hotels. We therefor want to enter into a framework agreement for quarantine hotels. The purpose of the agreement is to establish a quarantine and emergency preparedness hotel for persons who are subject to requirements concerning arrival quarantine and persons in quarantine or isolation that do not have lacking own residences. Based on the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the objective is to limit the spread of infection.
