Bergen kommune [Bergen Municipality] will procure a system for property management, Facility Management System, and associated services for establishment, training and administration. The system for property management, hereafter called the FM system, will support the municipality's business processes for administration, operation, maintenance and development of the municipality's property mass.
Bergen Municipality wants to use this procurement to enter into a contract for ongoing services over the internet (as a service delivery). The new system will replace the municipaity's self-developed MOM system in order to particularly safeguard the functions and work processes anticipated by modern, responsible and effective property operation.
