Bergen kommune [Bergen Municipality] will procure a system for property management, Facility Management System, and associated services for establishment, training and administration. The system for property management, hereafter called the FM system, will support the municipality's business processes for administration, operation, maintenance and development of the municipality's property mass.
Bergen Municipality wants to use this procurement to enter into a contract for ongoing services over the internet (as a service delivery). Bergen Municipality c/o the City Department for Finance, industry and property is the contracting authority of the contract.
The FM system will be a group solution in Bergen Municipality and able to be used by the agencies and department that at any given time have work processes and needs such as support of the system.
A FM system in Bergen Municipality will support main processes within property management, grouped in the following service categories:
1) Building and property management
2) Operation
3) Maintenance of Buildings and Property Development
4) Service

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract applies for five (5) years from the delivery day. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time. The agreement is valid until it is terminated by one of the parties in accordance with the contract provisions on duration and termination.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The required financial capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk and length. Documentation for foreign tenderers: Tenderers must, upon request, submit a credit rating report from a company that has a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to operate a credit information company in Norway, possibly from a company with the equivalent certification in a member country of the EU/EEA.
