NAV needs a competent tenderer that will secure uniform deliveries for the contracting authority within specified and requested software, cloud services, and consultancy services, see Annex 1. Tenderers must have broad competence and a broad product assortment, and must be capable of putting together good systems based on the contracting authority’s requirements, including, but not limited to, coordination, administration and interaction with the contracting authority and sub-suppliers/manufacturers.
