h. Superstructure workshop – workshops that can offer superstructure work, constructive work and reconstruction work on vehicles in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
Premises and technical equipment in the tenderer's workshop must fulfil the workshop regulation § 7. Premises and technical equipment must be authorised vehicle workshops and suitable to the purpose and have the necessary permits. Technical equipment must also be maintained and calibrated in accordance with authorised calibration methods.

The tenderer must have sufficient number of mechanics with necessary competence to implement the delivery.

The storage site will function as a waiting place for materiel awaiting repair, and to store materiel that has already undergone maintenance.

The storage space offered can be outdoors or indoors, but must be suitable for storing defence materiel and graded equipment.
The tenderer must have disposal of the property by being the owner, tenant or lessee.

Tenderers must enclose an updated land register transcript from the mapping authority documenting the title holder of the property and any registered rights.
Tenderers must confirm that the said storage area does not conflict with any private law rights (such as neighbouring law) or public law conditions (such as zoning plans), including that vehicle traffic is permitted on the offered area.
