Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Tenderers must not have arrears related to the payment of taxes and duties to the government.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have satisfactory economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil their contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from equivalent deliveries.

The contracting authority sets requirements for those who are seeking pre qualification in order to be invited to submit tenders (applicants). There are requirements concerning organisational and legal conditions, economic and financial capacity and relevant experience. The requirements will ensure that the applicant is suitable to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.

In order to be invited to submit tenders in the competition, interested service providers must complete the electronic self-declaration form, ESPD. In addition, the service provider must document fulfilment of all given qualification requirements at the time of submission of the request to participate in the competition.
