Implementation of inspections and valuations of properties to determine the basis for property valuations in Narvik kommune (Narvik Municipality). This involves design and distribution of brochures and notices about inspections. The municipal council decided to carry out valuation of the properties in 2021, so that the valuations will be coordinated from and including 2022. It was also decided that new Narvik Municipality will use the Norwegian Tax Administration's formula basis for determining property tax on residences, so that those who have this do not need to be appraised now.
