The contract basically runs until phase 1 is finished, but with an option to extend for works as described in the tender documentation.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

It can be relevant to expand and extend the engagement further until the next step in the project, to also include the following works as an option:

1) Contribute to development and implementation of contests for architect services;

2) Contribute to development of comprehensive tender documentation and evaluation of offers; and

3) Be the builder's representative during the construction period.
