A complete Cavalry Battalion shall be established at the Garrison in Porsanger (Norwegian: GP), under the Finnmark Land Defence (Norwegian: FLF), based on conscripts.
New quartering for military personnel shall therefore be established. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (Norwegian: Forsvarsbygg) requests tenders for a turnkey contract for the engineering design and construction of barracks at Porsangermoen.
