Justification for cancellation Rælingen municipality is aware that in this tender contest we have set an unfortunate award criteria when designing the award criteria delivery capacity. For this award criteria we have required documentation for the number of supplied hours from temporary health staff to a limited number of municipalities: the municipalities of Rælingen, Lillestrøm, Lørenskog, Oslo, Nittedal, Enebakk and Nordre Follo. This creates an unfortunate and unreasonable restriction as it is in reality suited to excluding suppliers who have not supplied temporary staff to these municipalities in 2019 and 2020 from the tender contest, but who could still supply temporary staff to the municipality in accordance with the contract, in the pending contract period. This award criteria is therefore not suitable for identifying the render in the contest with the most favourable relationship between price and quality. As a result, the tender contest will be cancelled. Rælingen Municipality apologises for the inconvenience this may have caused. We will soon announce a new tender contest.
