The framework agreement can be renewed twice for one year (1+1) with a maximum duration of four (4) years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option 1) 'Stock accumulation’ the contracting authority can trigger options for stock accumulation in accordance with Appendix D - Price form of a combined value of up to a further NOK 8 million excluding VAT. The aim of the option for stock accumulation, is that the contracting authority can safeguard contingency by build-up is that the contracting authority can safeguard contingency by triggering the option. Option 2) 'Host Nation Support': The contracting authority can trigger an option for host country support (‘Host Nation Support’ in connection with Allied training and exercise on withdrawal in accordance with Appendix D - Price form to a combined value of up to a further NOK 4 million excluding VAT. The options will be taken up on the same terms as the rest of the framework agreement.

'Stock accumulation’: The contracting authority can trigger an option for stock accumulation in accordance with Appendix D - Price form to a combined value of up to a further NOK 21,600,000.00 excluding VAT. The aim of the option for stock accumulation, is that the contracting authority can safeguard contingency by build-up is that the contracting authority can safeguard contingency by triggering the option. The options will be triggered on the same terms as the framework agreement.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register or trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 1: The tenderer must have an annual turnover of minimum NOK 40 million. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 2: The tenderer must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A credit rating of 'credit worthy' or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 2: The tenderer must have technical key personnel with good knowledge of the production of the relevant products, cf. Annex B - Requirements Specification, or for similar products. SYSTEM FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD - QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 1: The tenderer must have established, taken into use and maintained a Management system for quality that is in accordance with the requirements in ISO 9001:2015 Management Systems for Quality - Requirement. SYSTEM FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD - QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 2: The tenderer's Management system for quality must be relevant for what the tenderer will deliver through the contract delivery scope, cf. SYSTEM FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ENVIORNMENTAL STANDARD - QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 3: The tenderer must have established and used an environmental management system that as a minimum, consists of the following elements: - A system for the company's environmental considerations and environment policy. - Strategy for competence with the environment field. - A system to monitor and control the important characteristics of the company’s operations that can have significant impact on the environment.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT 1: An overview of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the last three years must be completed in Annex 8 Reference form. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of assignments that the tenderer carried out more than 3 years ago can also be taken into consideration. The references will be assessed as to whether, after a general assessment, they are a 'similar delivery' as regards the delivery scope of this procurement. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the tenderer's listed references. TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT 2: Name and position of central technical personnel. A description of the education, experience, and professional qualifications for the personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal to complete the delivery. The description must be a maximum of one A4 page per person. CVs are not requested here. SYSTEM FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT 1: If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate, with a scope that is relevant to the contract delivery scope and that is issued by a third party accredited certification body. If a tenderer does not have a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the tenderer must submit a description of the scope of the current management system for quality, and a conformity matrix that shows conformity between the tenderer's management system for quality and ISO 9001:2015. The conformity matrix must refer to documented information (process descriptions, procedures, instructions, etc.) in the tenderer's management system for quality, with reference to the document name/number and the requirements in ISO 9001:2015.
