The contract consists of three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Hazardous waste management. Sub-contract 2: Handling batteries. Sub-contract 3: Handling hazardous waste with bromated flame retardants, waste with phthalates, and insulation with environmentally hazardous abrasive agents such as CFC and HCFC. Sub-contract 3 will hereafter be called handling BA waste that is hazardous waste.
