Vilkår for deltakelse
Liste og kort beskrivelse av regler og kriterier:
K1: Tenderers must be a legally established company (legal person).
Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the tenderer is registered in a trade register in the tenderer's home country.
k2: Tenderers should not have arrears relating to the payment of taxes to the government.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Foreign tenderers must present equivalent
documentation. If these certificates are not issued by the authorities in the relevant country, the tenderer must present a statement from an independent third-party, e.g. an auditor, which verifies that the tenderer has complied with the obligations in relation to payment of tax and duties.
