The estimated scope is 4 core drillings with a total length of approx. 500 meters, where approx. 150 meters are expected to be controlled core drilling.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is in the process of preparing a detailed zoning plan for the new E18 Ramstadsletta – Nesbru. There is a need for a better overview of the ground conditions, and it is therefore planned to carry out core drilling in connection with the planning of the route for the Sandvika tunnel,

The purpose of the core drilling holes is to examine the quality of the rock mass (rock type and layer thicknesses, fracture and fracture parameters), water loss, and to obtain information on the strength, character and course of any altered zones. The core drilling holes shall provide supplementary information in areas where there is reduced rock cover and expected poor rock mass quality and / or water penetration along the tunnel route.

It is planned that the holes can be instrumented with pressure sensors to be used in monitoring groundwater pressure if the location of the holes allows this. The core material will also be the subject of further examinations.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must enclose a tax and VAT certificate, issued by a competent body in the tenderer´s home country, or the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must show whether the tenderer has paid his taxes, duties and social insurance.

The certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers must complete the ESPD in the contracting authority's tender and contract management system.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Annual accounts for the last 3 financial years.

• Documentation of any significant changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity in relation to the auditor confirmed accounts for the last 2 years, as well as the auditor's statement.

• An overview of any significant incidents that have occurred after the most recently audited financial statements are issued.

Tenderers who are newly established companies and who cannot present the annual accounts for the last 3 years must be particularly careful to substantiate that the company has the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract.

The tenderer must submit a credit rating with the tender.

Tenderers must have the financial basis necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall enclose a list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed, including information on value / quantity / scope,

date, a brief description of the assignment, as well as the name of the public or private recipients.

A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.

Newly established tenderers can document fulfilment of the requirement by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their skills in the service of other providers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments.
