Kort beskrivelse:
The procurement includes total delivery of the charging point.
The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for purchasing, establishing and operation of normal, rapid and lighting for chargeable motor vehicles.
This includes total responsibility for engineering design, excavation, facilitation of electricity, cabling, foundation, installation of charging station and completion of charging station and the surround.
The contract will cover the contracting authority's need for rear system (operating system) for the charging park. This includes the existing and new charging points. The contracting authority currently has a collection of approx. 128 chargers.
The backup system will be a common and uniform rear and operating system for the charging station park. The system must be flexible, able to handle the different needs the contracting authority will have and be fully developed and ready to be used by contract signing.

The service provider will have full responsibility for the existing charging point being integrated in the new solution. The contracting authority will make information about the charging point placement, communication form, model and ID for charger available.

Requirement: tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers must present their Company registration certificate. Foreign companies must present proof of registration in a company register or in a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Credit evaluation of the tenderer, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenderers must be credit worthy with a minimum classification of A. Credit worthy against security will not be accepted. The evaluation will be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has developed during the last 3 years. The assessment shall be issued by a company with a credit reporting license from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, see www.datatilsynet.no. The result of the credit evaluation must be presented as a graded value (letter or number) against a defined scale. Newly established tenderer must document economic capacity for implementation of the assignment through another type of documentation, for example such as accounting figures and bank guarantee.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Experience is required from contracts of equivalent nature and complexity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A list with an overview and description of up to five of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years per contract area included in the tender offer. The list/description must, as a minimum, contain:
Name of the customer/recipient, assignment scope, description of the company's role, assignment value, date of the delivery, brief description of the delivery, experience of personnel with the assignment.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to competence of the personnel they have at their disposal for this assignment, even if the experience was developed while the personnel were working for another supplier.
