Procurement of a wheeled loader

Asker kommune

The aim is to enter into a contract to cover the contracting authority's need for a wheeled loader for Asker Municipality. In addition to the wheeled loader, tenderers must provide an option for a service contract and extra equipment such as a container-compressor plate with a hook, pallet fork and scoop.
The wheeled loader must be compatible with the contracting authority's existing equipment.
The detailed delivery requirements are in annex 1 - the contracting authority's requirements specification.
The contracting authority estimates that the contract value will be approx. NOK 2.0 - 2.5 excluding VAT, including options.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. A tenderer can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.
