The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for the demolition of and a new building for Vennesla School.
There has been a long process in Vennesla Municipality as regards a new school structure. In December 2020 the municipal council decided to close two schools. The pupils at these schools will be divided between two schools, Moseidmoen and Vennesla Schools.
The oldest wing at Vennesla School from the end of the 1950s is to be demolished. This wing will be replaced by a new, larger and more functional building wing. A contract will be signed with a turnkey contract for the project. The contract is to be carried out in accordance with and regulated by NS 8407.

Prices must be given for the options for the establishment of an electric boiler as well as 1 new heating plant on level 1, c.f. annex 1.
Furthermore, an option price is wanted for 500 m

Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation:

— Foreign companies: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Minimum annual turnover, once the value of this contract.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the last accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience is required from comparable assignments. Tenderers must have good experience from the execution of comparable assignments/deliveries.
Documentation: list with an overview of the 3 most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The list must as a minimum contain:
• name of client/contracting authority;
• a brief description of the delivery;
• date for the delivery;
• contract value and scope;
• contact person for the individual delivery, as well as telephone number and email address.
Tenderers can use the attached template, c.f. Annex 5. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the scope and quality.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Quality management requirements
Tenderers must have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance.
Documentation: documentation must be given in one of the following ways:
Alternative 1: Description of the company's procedures regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and continuous analysis and improvement;
Alternative 2: If a tenderer has ISO 9001 certification or equivalent certificates, it will be sufficient to present a copy of the valid certificate.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
NS 8407.
The contract will contain requirements relating to wages and working conditions. Tenderers are required to be associated with an apprentice scheme and that one or more of the apprentices participate in the execution of the contract work. The tenderers are required to have a maximum of two links in the supplier chain below them.
