The objective of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a project manager for the management of the foot and cycle bridge project over Bryggevannet. The project manager shall be the key resource for achieving the project's performance measurements. The project manager will be the builder's representative in accordance with the builder regulations and will have a central role in contracting contractors for the execution phase and follow-up of the execution contract.
