Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] (the Client) needs a platform that will support management of inquiries and case flow. Therefore it has been decided to procure a new platform for comprehensive management of internal and external communication, dialogue and inquiries in Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration]. The platform will be an important ‘motor’ in the further digitalisation in areas that currently ;have lacking or no ICT support. The platform will be an important piece in the transformation to digital first choice and an insight-driven organisation, and be business critical with regard to the processes and user groups that use the platform. It is important for the Client to acquire a stable and proven platform, that also can be further developed in order to cover new need in the contract period.

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery.

• If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Client, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document the tenderer considers suitable and the Client considers satisfactory.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from corresponding deliveries.
• The tenderer must give a description of the three most relevant and comparable deliveries of the platform that will be offered and that covers management of internal and external communication, hereunder cooperation with and advising the Client about optimised use of the platform/functions, in general and with updates.

• The deliveries must have been carried out during the last three years.
• The deliveries must demonstrate how the platform that will be offered is stable and proven, and there must among other things be a description of clients, cloud-platform, size of the assignment and contract form. Name and contact information for the contact person at the reference client who can confirm the information provided.

• It is the tenderer’s responsibility to document relevant through the description and how the platform can benefit the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
• The description must not exceed two A4 pages per assignment with text Times New Roman size 11.
The tenderer must have the right to arrange a subscription on the offered platform.
• This is documented by completing a self-declaration form in Appendix 7 - Self-declaration form
