Quick mental health help is a municipal treatment offer for persons older than 16 years with light to moderate anxiety and depression, sleeping difficulties, and early substance abuse. The tenderer is to establish and run a guidance scheme with professional teaching supervisors in quick mental health help who will guide the quick mental health help team in the municipalities. The teaching supervisors in the scheme must have a bachelor degree in health or social studies, and certified teaching supervisor education within cognitive behaviour therapy. REQUIREMENT 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
REQUIREMENT 2: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for security will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
REQUIREMENT 3: Tenderers must have an organisation that has good implementation ability in accordance with the contract. Good implementation ability means that tenderers must have good capacity (including technical and professional resources) for the establishment and operation of the guidance service. See the attached tender documentation for further details on the documentation requirements.
