Justification for cancellation Spordrift AS refers to Procurement of a Framework Agreement for service of Lifting and fall protection equipment with reference number 210079. The contracting authority has decided to cancel the invitation to tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §25-4 1st paragraph. The contracting authority believes that there are objective reasons for cancelling the invitation to tender. The contracting authority has not received tenders where the prices are comparable. The contracting authority's needs have also changed significantly during the tendering process. This applies in particular to the interface between lots 1 and 2, including the contracting authority's needs for course activities and inspections and certification of the relevant equipment. The need for change is of such a nature that it cannot be covered under by the stated scope in the current tender contest.
