Sykehusbygg HF

The framework agreement will cover all phases in a building/development project, i.e., from and including the development plans in the early phase up to and including the execution and moving into the completed building.
Call-offs will mainly consist of two different types of assignments:
Assignments where Sykehusbygg holds call-offs/mini-competitions on behalf of the RHF/HF that is the builder, based on an assignment contract between the parties. In these cases it will be the RHF/HF that will be the contract party in the call-off/mini-competition and the recipient of invoices. This can typically be assistance with Sykehusbygg's project portfolio.

Site assessments, plan programme, impact assessments, development plans, building applications.
Lot 2: Project and process management.
Project management in the form of project director/project manager, engineering design management (construction, engineering), ICT planning management, programming management, project management support, construction management, builder consultants, project management, commissioning, systematic completion, etc. Process management (organise, plan and execute), for example, management of the involvement process.

Lot 8: Cooperation and interaction
Cooperation and team building. Knowledge of the understanding and practical methods for handling challenges, cooperation and result achievement in interaction/cooperation. Role understanding, communication methods, conflict management, media management, and interaction across organisations.
