Sykehusbygg HF

The framework agreement will cover all phases in a building/development project, i.e., from and including the development plans in the early phase up to and including the execution and moving into the completed building.
Call-offs will mainly consist of two different types of assignments:
Assignments where Sykehusbygg holds call-offs/mini-competitions on behalf of the RHF/HF that is the builder, based on an assignment contract between the parties. In these cases it will be the RHF/HF that will be the contract party in the call-off/mini-competition and the recipient of invoices. This can typically be assistance with Sykehusbygg's project portfolio.

Lot 1: Assistance with public planning.

Site assessments, plan programme, impact assessments, development plans, building applications.

Lot 2: Project and process management.

Project management in the form of project director/project manager, engineering design management (construction, engineering), ICT planning management, programming management, project management support, construction management, builder consultants, project management, commissioning, systematic completion, etc. Process management (organise, plan and execute), for example, management of the involvement process.

Lot 3: Early phase review.

Social analysis, analyses of operations, activity, staff, facilitating processes. Early phase review — function planning including service design and feasibility studies.

Lot 4: Financial analyses.

Carrying analysis, sustainability, estimations, calculations, LCC analyses.

Lot 5: Engineering design services.

From and including the concept phase, engineering design group management, architect, RI, environment, building protection, engineering design coordinator/execution coordinator in accordance with the Builder Regulations.

Lot 6: Equipment consultancy services, programming, and assistance with involvement processes.

Consultancy, management, procurement and reception, integration MTU-ICT, as well as assistance with updating the room function programme for involvement processes.

Lot 7: Evaluation.

Process evaluation as well as before/after evaluation of building projects.

Lot 8: Cooperation and interaction

Cooperation and team building. Knowledge of the understanding and practical methods for handling challenges, cooperation and result achievement in interaction/cooperation. Role understanding, communication methods, conflict management, media management, and interaction across organisations.

Lot 9: Logistics

Consultancy assignments with deliveries within logistics, planning and execution of hospital construction projects; goods logistics, supply structures, etc.

Lot 10: HS, community and safety

SHA, climate and environment, LCA analyses, environment coordinator, seriousness, prevention of Akrim and social dumping at the construction site, risk analysis and risk management, physical protection of buildings and infrastructure, system reviews.
