The Ownership Department regularly analyses the companies as part of the management of the government's owner interests. In this context, access to updated market information and data on comparable companies is decisive. The Ownership Department therefore needs access to a database that can give quick and easy to follow access to market data and information on comparable companies.

Requirements: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers: Proof of registration in a trade register for businesses, as mandated in the business legislation in the country where the company is established.
Certificates must not be older than 12 months when calculated from the deadline for submission of requests for participation.

Documentation: Tenderers must provide a list of 3-5 similar assignments carried out in the last 3 years.
Relevant assignments will be services of similar nature, complexity and/or scope as requested in this tender document and in Annex 1 to the RFT.
As a minimum the descriptions must contain the following:
