The purpose of the procurement is to safeguard the need for service and maintenance of lifts and lifting devices at Municipal buildings in Ålesund Municipality.
A framework agreement will be entered into with a supplier who will carry out all planned services assignments and maintenance. The assignments will be carried out at the locations listed in the overview attached in the price form and in-line with the requirements described in the requirement specification. Lifts and lifting equipment are of various manufacturer and construction year.

For Norwegian tenderers:
Tenderers must give consent in their tender for Tendsign to obtain and for the contracting authority to receive information on the above via Tendsign.
If a tenderer does not give consent, the tenderer must attach a tax and VAT certificate.
The tax certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. (Tenderers can obtain an electronic tax and VAT certificate and immediately have it sent by email).
Foreign tenderers: Tenderers who are not established in Norway shall submit equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the Tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably be translated into Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

Credit Rating
The contracting authority will carry out their own assessment of the tenderer's finances through the business and account information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from business and account information systems other than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro in order to ensure an equal assessment of all tenderers.
Tenderers can attach other necessary information in the tender offer if the tenderer believes that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the economic situation.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies that have not built up a basis for credit rating must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financing institution regarding the company's financial and economic position.
This also applies to foreign tenderers.

Requirement:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT affairs in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Credit Rating
The financial capacity to carry out the agreement is required. Tenderers are required as a minimum to be credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract based on the Contracting Authority's assessments in regard to the submitted documentation from the tenderer.

Documentation requirement:
A description of the tenderer's routines and measures for quality assurance (maximum 1 A4 page, table of contents will not be accepted).
If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certifications, and this is described in the certification it is sufficient to enclose a copy of valid certificates. Tenderers must state where in the certification the requirement is met.
