Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation: Norwegian companies: Certificate of Business Registration

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation: The company's last Annual Financial Report including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisals on its own initiative.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1: Tenderers must have experience from equivalent deliveries.

Equivalent deliveries means delivery of AV equipment for major customer(s) with multiple delivery addresses, including delivering to schools.

Documentation requirement 1: A short description of the most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the contract´s value, delivery date, number of delivery places and the name of the contracting authority, as well as a description of the content of the assignment.

Requirement 2: Tenderers are required to have good implementation ability and have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement 2: A description of the tenderer’s core competence related to the scope of the delivery.

Requirement 3: A quality assurance system must be established which ensures that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations for environmental regulations (see contract point 6.4). This means that the tenderer must have methods for working actively and systematically on reducing negative environmental impact from the tenderer activities related to the implementation of this contract.

Documentation requirement 3: A description of the tenderer's environment management measures. If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies that can substantiate an established environmental management system, certificates thereof can be presented as documentation.

The contracting authority refers in this connection to the EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), or other acknowledged environmental management systems stated in the decree (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, such as the Environmental Lighthouse Scheme, or other environmental management standards that are based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies, e.g., ISO 14001 or equivalent.

Requirement 4: Tenderers are required to have implemented measures for control of the supplier chain that enable compliance with social contract terms in section 6.5 of the contract.

This means that the tenderer has, as a minimum, guidelines or similar measures that apply to the business and the supply chains under this contract.

Docuementation requirement 4: A copy of guidelines or an equivalent document for control of the supplier chain, which, as a minimum, includes an obligation to comply with social contract terms in the contract, point 6.5, in the tenderer' own company and in the supplier chain.
