The procurement is for a framework agreement for security and stand-by consultancy services.
The framework agreement will apply for the Norwegian Parliament's Administration and the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
The security staff in the Norwegian Parliament's Administration are expected to have the greatest need.
The contract will cover assistance and advice within the following two sub-areas, and tenderers can submit a tender for one or both sub-areas:
Sub-area I: security;
Sub-area II: stand-by.
There is a need for assistance with the preparation of assessments and analyses in concrete security and stand-by questions, and to assess/review relevant measures including consequences of the measures. Furthermore, there is a need for assistance in implementing concrete measures that have been adopted on the basis of the mentioned assessments and analyses.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to execute the contract. The credit rating must show that the tenderer is credit worthy without security. Tenderers with a rating lower than this, (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will be rejected.

Documentation requirement: A credit rating carried out by a certified credit company shall be enclosed with the tender. The credit assessment shall be a rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating). The credit report must be based on the last known accounting figures.

Documented by: a description of three similar assignments from the last 5 years where services have been provided within the sub-area that the tender is submitted for.
