The assignment consists of erection, operation,dismantling and removal of housing rig, office rig, canteen rig and cloakroom at the construction site for the building of the emergency hospital at Hjelset. The contract works consist primarily of:
— overnighting facilities/services,
— office facilities/services,
— eating facilities/services,
— cloakroom and eating room,
— cleaning,
— reception,
— activity/exercise room and social zone,
— option: establishment of temporary kitchen for ordinary kitchen operation in Helse Møre og Romsdal (Møre og Romsdal Hospital Trust).
NB: the contracting authority them self will not pay the supplier for the operation of the services. The contracting authority will guarantee a minimum coverage for specific services during the contract period. See Part II of the Tender Documentation and Appendix. The supplier must obtain cost coverage and profit beyond the minimum coverage guaranteed by the contracting authority through payments directly from the users (the contractors). Therefore it is important that the selected tenderer offers an attractive service that attracts users.
