Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (Digdir) [the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency] will be the government's leading tool for quicker and more coordinated digitalisation of society. The social assignments involves us having a number of communication needs and communication projects of varying size, target groups and deadlines. This can for example be general communication services, support, development and implementation of campaigns, or assistance in developing communication strategies and initiatives for new projects. The communication to Digdir is primarily digital. We may also need extra resources or competence that cooperate closely with our own communication resources in periods.
The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency has the necessary capacity, competence and flexibility to strengthen the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency's role, services and deliveries with communication as a tool.

Digdir will enter into parallel framework agreements with two suppliers of communication services. The need and scope are further described in SSA-R Annex 1. Digdir currently has a framework agreement with three suppliers, that expires in November 2021.

Between NOK 20 million - NOK 24 million excluding VAT. The estimate does not involve any purchasing obligation for Digdir, but is based on previous consumption and anticipated future consumption.
Duration:
Two years, with the possibility to extend for one year + one year.
