Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid is a joint purchasing unit for Kviteseid, Nissedal, Nome, Midt-Telemark, Seljord, Vinje and Tokke Municipalities. Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid is responsible for the implementation of this contest.
The individual municipality will be the orderer and user of the services that the tenderer offers. The municipalities will sign respective contracts for insurance and be customers of the supplier/insurance company.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will have a duration of 2 years + 2 years + up to 2 years. Maximum total of 6 years.
The contracting authority has, with 6 months written notice, the right to extend the contract for an additional 2 years after the first 2-year contract period. The contracting authority retains the right to decide at a later date whether the contract will be extended for all or only parts of the 2-year period, with an extension after 4 years.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer's complete annual financial statements for the last 2 fiscal years (i.e. the profit and loss accounts, the balance, the board's annual report and the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances. The contracting authority reserves the right to undertake or request the tenderer for a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Authorisation/permit from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway to operate insurance mediation in Norway and liability insurance.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must document fulfilment of the Insurance Medication Act of 10 June 2005 No 41 and regulation for insurance mediation of 9 December 2005 No 1421. Tenderers must document their permit from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, either with a copy of the registration/certificate, or by presenting equivalent documentation.

Tenderers must have liability insurance that meets the requirements in the Insurance Mediation Act of 10 June 2005 No 41 and the regulations for insurance mediation dated 9 December 2005 No 1421. Tenderers must document with a valid insurance certificate in a suitable applicable area of responsibility, or present equivalent documentation.
