The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) would like to enter into several framework agreements to cover the Norwegian Armed Forces’ need for wholesale goods. A framework agreement will be signed for each sub-area: South Norway and North Norway. NDLO reserves the right to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for all the sub-areas if this in total gives the Norwegian Armed Forces the economically most advantageous solution. Sub-area South Norway is estimated to be NOK 187.5 million per year, totalling NOK 375 million over four years.
