Nordre Follo Municipality is currently one of the country's largest municipalities with approx. 60 000 inhabitants. The new municipality will have an active and clear role as a social developer by gathering the municipality's resources for the benefit of inhabitants and businesses in the region.
Nordre Follo Municipality would like to procure a new geodata system that handles municipal administrative assignments, services, and data that includes geographical information.
Two separate procurements will be made, which will be announced in Doffin/TED, one for the administration platform (see the contest 'pre-qualification geodata system, access and service'/'tender phase geodata system access and service') and one for the administration platform. Tenders can choose to submit a tender for both procurements, or only for one. The deliveries must include software, licences, installation, consultancy services, training, support, operation, and maintenance.
