Nordre Follo Kommune

Nordre Follo Municipality is currently one of the country's largest municipalities with approx. 60 000 inhabitants.. The new municipality will have an active and clear role as a social developer by gathering the municipality's resources for the benefit of inhabitants and businesses in the region.
Nordre Follo Municipality would like to procure a new geodata system that handles municipal administrative assignments, services, and data that includes geographical information.
Two separate procurements will be made, which will be announced in Doffin/TED, one for the administration platform (see the contest 'pre-qualification geodata system administration'/'tender phase geodata system administration'), and one for the access and service platform. Tenders can choose to submit a tender for both procurements, or only for one. The deliveries must include software, licences, installation, consultancy services, training, support, operation, and maintenance.

Furthermore, we envisage that the new system will:
— make municipal administration and municipal services more efficient through better and more efficient use of the geodata system;
— offer geodata, connect/integrate systems, register analyse, automise, inform, etc.;
— create a joint platform that gives the municipality a larger and stronger professional environment;
— have technology and an approach way that meets demanding needs in the municipality;
— have flexibility with greater possibilities for development.
