Hospitals are complex companies with many internal dependencies and a great need for logistically efficient solutions. This is developed through a comprehensive function project for the emergency hospital with broad user involvement spring and autumn 2020. The function project places great restrictions on the degree of freedom for the consultants and architects now taking over the responsibility. Basically, it will not be possible to change the building layout, logistics and the placement of the functions in the building.

There will be a short interaction phase at the start of the project and the contractor will have the opportunity to become familiar with the planned building, as well as get explanations of why the organisation is as it is.

Contract K6601 Waste suction includes complete delivery of a commercial kitchen, a canteen kitchen and departments kitchen to the building in accordance with the description in this contract.

The contract will be implemented in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 No 73 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations of 12 August 2016, No 974 (PPR), part I and III. Award of contract will be made in accordance with the contest with negotiation after a prior notice, cf. § 13-2 letter c.
