The assignment includes transport services by car in Oslo within the period described in Appendix 1 The assignment description.
The assignment is to deliver passenger cars, including the driver and equipment, to carry out transport. The scope (number of passenger cars) is governed by demand and will vary. No minimum scope is guaranteed, and the operator must ensure that there is at all times sufficient capacity to perform the transports.
The assignment includes the transportation of mainly walking TT users. Some of the users only need simple practical assistance in connection with transportation, but there are also many users with greater need for help. It is the travel type regular travel that is in scope of this contract. Regular trips are trips to and from upper secondary schools, activity schools, day centres, permanently arranged work and daycare. The extent of travel is governed by demand.
The transport service for these users is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
