The contracting authority has a need for plumbing services and goods The contracting authority has its own plumbers, so this agreement shall cover the need for plumbing due to lack of capacity from own plumbers, and for larger projects.
The framework agreements against the service shall be entered with a particular focus on the disciplines related to industrial buildings:
— total contractor for water and sewage (Norwegian: VA) contracts;
— total contractor for HVAC and Plumbing installations (Norwegian: VVS);
— compressed air systems;
— maintenance of sprinkler systems;
— redecorating/renovating wet rooms and installations;
— maintenance of heating and control devices/water-borne heating systems;
— maintenance of snow melting systems;
— maintenance of heat pump;
— adjustment of flow control for water-borne heating systems;
— HVAC and Plumbing (Norwegian: VVS) consulting and advisory services;
— first response work with 24 hrs. duty rosters;
— melting of frozen pipes and other maintenance work;
— watering systems;
— operation and maintenance of ‘old systems’.
