The contest concerns a framework agreement for delivery of plumbing services and materials. The tenderer must provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement must meet the municipality´s need for such services and material, for ongoing operation and maintenance work in the contract period.
