Pipes and Pipe Parts for NVO-S

This competition is carried out under the project New water supply Oslo – Main clean water network (NVO-S). NVO-S 'scope of work consists of:
— new clean water tunnel (CWT(from Oset to Sinsen,
— new CWT from Sinsen to Stubberud,
— new CWT from Sinsen to Sagene,
— new CWT from Sagene to Huseby (NVO),
— piping in the tunnels,
— new pumping station and connections to the distribution network,
— emergency pool with water volume of approx. 50 000 m.
NVO-S' main activities are approx. 16 000 m tunnel excavation and pipe installations. The excavation of the access tunnel, TBM assembly hall, clean water storage basins, drainage sump and pumping station will take place from Stubberud. Approx. 710 000 m theoretically fixed mass will be excavated, of which 230 000 m will be excavated by a tunnel boring machine.
NVO-S will be carried out as a general contract (generalentreprise) named E6 Rentvannstunnel.
This contract will therefore be transported to the contractor for E6.

Kort beskrivelse:
Pipes and pipe parts will be procured for the project New water supply Oslo – Main clean water network (NVO-S)
Main scope:
Approx. 25 000 meters with ductile cast iron pipes in dimensions (DN) 600, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1500 and 2000. DN 1500 amounts to approx. 19500 meters and DN 2000 approx. 3600 meters.
Approx. 7000 meters GRP pipe in DN 1200.
Other scope:
Pipe parts in corresponding dimensions, including double flanged bend, flanged socket, blank flange, double flanged taper, double flanged pipe, all flanged Tee, sliding collar and lubricant.
The supplier must provide advice, guidance, technical assistance etc. to the E6 contractor.
The supplier shall be responsible for cutting pipes in DN 1400, 1500 and 2000.
The supplier must operate a storage facility close to Oslo. The goods are delivered DDP Incoterms (2020) from the storage facility close to Oslo to the E6 contractor.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 310 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 78 måneder
