The aim of the contest is to enter into a short term framework agreement for the procurement of patient transport by road in the Tromsø area. Patient travel by road is a facilitated transport where the patient, according to applicable legislation, has the right to have their expenses covered for travel to and from treatment. The procurement will be held as a contest with negotiations in accordance with the public procurement regulations, parts I and III, and in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73, and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (PPR). As the contracting authority will, for most areas, invite tenderers that are considered to be qualified in the first contest, documentation on the qualification requirements only needs to be submitted afterwards upon request from the contracting authority. Tenderers only need to confirm in the system that they fulfil the requirements when submitting a tender.
